The following gives a very brief overview of the different surveys available with ACA Surveyors. When considering the possible purchase of the property the choices are as follows:

Full Building Survey (Level 3)

This will be carried out by Glenn who is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). Glenn will look at the complete property and give a detailed opinion regarding the state of the building. It is particularly suitable for older properties or properties which have had major alterations over the years or properties which appear to have problems that need further investigation.

Homebuyer Report (Level 2) (previously called a Homebuyer Survey and Valuation)

This is suitable for all house's and is usually the most popular product.

Valuations

A Valuation only will be carried out by Glenn who is a RICS registered valuer. This type of survey is usually done for the peace of mind of the prospective buyer.

Home Condition Survey and ICS Condition Report (Level 1)

A Home Condition Survey (Level 1) has some similarity to a Homebuyer Report (Level 2) but it does not address the question of value. These are carried out by Glenn who is a member of the accreditation scheme operated by SAVA . The RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) have also introduced an equivalent survey called a RICS Condition Report (Level 1) which is carried out by Glenn a licensed Surveyor.

Drone Photography & Aerial Survey Services for Property Inspections

We provide professional drone photography for property surveys, roof inspections and building condition assessments across Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and surrounding areas.

Our advanced drone technology allows us to capture high-resolution aerial imagery of roofs, chimneys, elevations, flat roofs, gutters, parapets, extensions, and external structures that are difficult or unsafe to access by traditional methods. This is particularly valuable for RICS Level 2 and Level 3 Surveys, Red Book valuations, defect investigations and structural reports.

Using drone surveys for property inspections enables us to identify:
